Waterside Estates Clubhouse overlooks Lake Allatoona and offers spectacular views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The inviting craftsman structure’s upper floor houses a massive stone fireplace that beacons visitors to pull up a chair, warm by the fire and enjoy the view and fellowship. The main social area hosts many parties, meetings and neighborhood gatherings. The terrace level of the Clubhouse provides a sanctuary from the delicious southern sun on a hot, lazy summer day. In fact, be sure to join your neighbors for "Cheers" the first Friday of every month from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM. Be assured that your new friends will know your name when you leave.

Waterside Estates Pool provides a venue for a fun-filled family outing while enjoying the gorgeous mountain views. On-site grilling facilities provide the convenience of food and the backdrop of fellowship. To complete the package, you can experience again the campfires of your youth with our stone fire-pit area.

Waterside Estates Tennis Courts afford residents a state-of-the-art resource to exercise and have fun. A community league will be forming soon to take advantage of both courts.

Waterside Estates Green Spaces span the entire community and contribute greatly to our exceptional quality of life. Waterside Estates abounds with nature walking trails. The magnificent indigenous flora and fauna grace all 500 acres of our little paradise. It is not uncommon to find deer, fox squirrels or wild turkeys in your own private viewing area called your backyard. Red Top Mountain State Park is 1/2 mile outside of Waterside Estates. This magnificent park offers boating, swimming, nature hiking trails, camping, a lodge, and a restaurant. Park Marina and Allatoona Yacht Club are within minutes of Waterside Estates where you can dock your own boat in a slip or just rent a watercraft for the day. Do not be surprised by some of our favorite neighbors living in Waterside Estates. You will see some of the original inhabitants of Red Top Mountain such as white tail deer, turkey, and birds of every feather.

Waterside Estates Social Committee and Special Activities contribute greatly to our unique community. Special events like the first Friday Cheers at the Clubhouse and private tours of the Tellus Museum bring our neighborhood closer together and instill a sense of community akin to a small South Georgia town of years go by.
